Stage One is being developed within a 24,000 sq. foot space in the current building
on the Franklin Mint site to provide an initial home for many of our constituents and a platform for raising the money needed for the complete complex. Construction of the various areas in Stage One will be phased in as contributions and grants are received. The cost of this construction is estimated to be $900,000.
See the details of two matching grants under CONTRIBUTE. These grants will triple the first $150 of your contribution.
Once Stage One areas are complete, they will be rented to produce project income.

Stage One will include:
Common lobby
350-seat theater with supporting spaces: dressing rooms, rest rooms, green room, and scenery space.
Rehearsal spaces
Studio spaces for musicians and teachers
