Cost of this two-stage project:

The cost for building out Stage One is estimated to be $900,000. As spaces in Stage One are completed, they will be rented to constituents, generating income.

The initial estimate for creating the final Performing Arts Complex is $25 million, which includes a $5 million endowment. The cost will undoubtedly increase during construction.

Funds are expected to come from three major sources:

1. Naming opportunities for major and minor elements of the complex
2. Foundation and government grants
3. Numerous modest gifts from a wide variety of supporters

Matching Grants:

Two $10,000 matching grants have been given that together match the first $150 of any individual's contribution twice. Only cash contributions from individuals are matched—not pledges, corporations or grants.

Where funds will be invested:

The Performing Arts Complex is a founding member of the Delaware County Community Foundation (DCCF). This Foundation is a branch of the long-established Philadelphia Foundation which will be the repository of funds contributed.
